Refund Period

Clients may request a refund within 15 days from the project’s kickoff date.

Refund Request

To initiate a refund, clients must send a written request to DigiTech360.marketing@gmail.com within the 15-day period. This request should include the reason for the refund and any relevant details.

Eligible Circumstances

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

The client is dissatisfied with the quality of our development work, and we are unable to resolve the issue to the client’s satisfaction.
The client decides to cancel the project within the 15-day period.
The client experiences a documented financial hardship preventing them from continuing with the project.

Non-Eligible Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

If the client has violated our terms of service or payment agreements.
If the client has approved and accepted project milestones or deliverables.
If the client requests a refund after the 15-day period has expired.
Refund Process: Once a refund request is received, our team will review it within 5-7 business days. If the request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-15 business days, excluding any fees for hosting, domain registration, or other third-party services, which will not be refunded.

Partial Refunds

In cases where only a portion of the project has been completed, and the client decides to terminate the project, a partial refund may be offered based on the work completed.


We are committed to open and transparent communication throughout the refund process. Clients will be kept informed at each step of the process, from the initial request to the final resolution.
